The role… In this key role, you will ensure the optimal utilization of our production capacities and contribute significantly to our delivery performance. Together with three experienced planning specialists, you will coordinate material, production, and capacity planning and work closely with national and international interfaces. Strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and a cross-functional mindset are important prerequisites. The position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement and is limited until the end of December 2028. How you will make a difference… Ensuring - and detailed planning with the implementation of planning orders, monitoring capacities and contingents, and reacting to schedule deviations Monitoring and controlling material requirements planning, taking into account requirements, stocks, and production sequences Maintenance and continuous optimization of master data, especially replenishment times (WBZ), stock parameters, lot sizes, and other planning-relevant system data Supporting inventory, including planning, execution, as well as creation and posting of inventory documents Operational purchasing of basic materials and semi-finished products as well as planning, maintaining, and coordinating material flow with sister plants Close cooperation with the departments of Customer Service, Freight Forwarding, Sales (internal and external), and Production What you bring with you… Basic technical training with further training as a Process Specialist, Technician HF Business Processes, or a comparable qualification in the field of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Production Planning At least three years of professional experience in production planning within an industrial company Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel for creating evaluations, analyses, and planning bases, as well as experience with SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA Very good German and good English skills (level B1/B2) in spoken and written form Strong communication skills, enjoyment of contact with people from different cultures, high personal responsibility, and commitment What do we offer?
