Do you have technical experience in mechanical engineering and do you enjoy accompanying demanding development projects from the initial idea to the finished solution? A versatile task awaits you with a lot of individual responsibility, short decision-making paths, and direct contact with customers and specialist departments. Area of responsibility • You take over the overall coordination of demanding development and customer projects and lead them through the individual project phases in a structured manner. • You create project plans, coordinate deadlines and milestones, and keep an eye on technical progress as well as the relevant interfaces. • You clarify technical requirements with customers and suppliers, assess solution variants, and accompany the implementation until the system solution is ready for use. • You participate in the further development and optimization of mechanical devices, assemblies, and technical systems and actively contribute your know-how to finding solutions. • You accompany the realization of projects from the development phase through testing and assembly to commissioning and customer acceptance. • You ensure traceable project documentation and ensure that technical information and decisions are passed on transparently to all those involved. • You support technical clarifications if required and contribute to ensuring that development results are reliably transferred into practical solutions. Requirement profile • You have a basic technical training in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field and have further training as a Maschinentechniker HF or Maschineningenieur FH. • You bring experience in technical project management or project coordination and are familiar with the processes in development, mechanical, or special machine construction projects. • You have a strong technical understanding and can assess and coordinate complex tasks across various specialist departments. • You work independently, systematically, and in a solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even with several tasks running in parallel. • You communicate confidently with customers, suppliers, and internal specialist departments and act in a binding and professional manner. • You bring organizational skill, a sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams. • Very good German and English skills are required; French skills are an advantage. • You convince through entrepreneurial thinking, resilience, communication strength, and high initiative.
