The Stiftung Jugendsozialwerk Blaues Kreuz BL is a service provider for youth and social work. It is committed to addiction and prevention work as well as social and professional integration. It works on behalf of authorities and private institutions. Kind.Jugend.Familie KJF operates in Northwest Switzerland on behalf of around 80 municipalities. For children, youth and families, we offer versatile leisure activities, school social work, school-supplementary day structures, needs-oriented counseling solutions and information dissemination on various topics. In the target group Child, the goal of Fita (leisure activities in day structures) is to offer the children high-quality care through experience, enrichment and promotion of their own development according to their own needs and inclinations. For the school-supplementary day structure «Fita Pratteln» we are looking for a Specialist in Childcare 70% (Fita, Pratteln) ## starting from 01.11.2026 (or by arrangement) every Mon and Tue from 11:00 - 14:00 and Wed-Fri from 11:00-18:00 Your profile: • Completed basic training as a Specialist in Childcare Children, Kleinkinderzieher/in or equivalent, recognized, pedagogical training • Pronounced self-, professional- and social competence • Willingness to take on responsibility • Experience in working with children in kindergarten and primary school age • Reliability and independent, innovative action as well as networked thinking are among your strengths Your tasks: • Collaboration in the care and leisure activities of the children (guided activities, situational support, leisure activities, eating situations, rest and movement phases etc.) • Leading children and child groups: pedagogical interactions, anticipating and structuring group dynamic processes • Taking on group responsibility • Planning, conducting and evaluating activities and excursions • Mediating and practicing conflict strategies Our offer: • Good social benefits • Open and appreciative interaction • Regular internal further training • A well-coordinated and motivated team As an institution that commits itself to Christian values, we require a corresponding basic attitude.
