CASA Bewirtschaftungs AG has been active in real estate management in the Thun region since 2003. With a competent and motivated team, we ensure the professional management of rental properties as well as condominium and co-ownership communities. Our spacious office premises are located in a central location in Thun.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged personality as a real estate manager by arrangement.
Area of responsibility
Independent management of your own portfolio of rental properties and/or condominium and co-ownership communities
Handling of new and re-lettings including viewings and apartment inspections and handovers
Execution / management as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings
Processing of meeting resolutions
Maintenance measures and renovation projects as well as handling of damage cases
Post-control of accounts and preparation of budgets in cooperation with our accounting department
Contact person for tenants, owners, caretakers, tradespeople and authorities
Requirements
Professional experience in real estate management
ideally completed further training as a real estate manager with a federal diploma
Communicative and responsible personality with an exact way of working
Service-oriented appearance, negotiation skills and networked thinking
Software knowledge in MS-Office and RIMO R5 is an advantage
Driver's license / own vehicle (one parking space will be provided free of charge)
