In this role, you will drive the development and further evolution of an SAP AI community, with a clear focus on SAP Joule, process automation, and empowering end users. You will act as an interface between specialist departments, IT, and the Change/Training organization, ensuring that AI functionalities in SAP are accepted, understood, and optimally utilized in the long term. Tasks: \- Development, moderation, and continuous evolution of an AI community in the SAP environment (incl. SAP Joule) \- Identification, evaluation, and prioritization of use cases for process automation in SAP and adjacent systems \- Conception and implementation of training, coaching, and enablement measures for Key Users, Power Users, and end users \- Support for complex projects with several peripheral systems (e.g., interfaces to logistics, finance, or HR systems) with regard to AI/automation use cases \- Creation of best practices, guidelines, training materials, and communication material in the field of SAP & AI \- Close cooperation with IT architecture, process owners, and project management for the optimal integration of AI services into existing SAP/ERP processes \- Monitoring of user feedback, derivation of improvement measures, and active community management (e.g., Q&A sessions, Brown Bags, Knowledge Sharing) Requirements: \- Sound experience with SAP Joule or comparable SAP AI functionalities (e.g., generative AI, Copilot/Assistant functions within SAP) \- Demonstrable experience in the automation of work and business processes in the SAP/ERP environment (e.g., workflow automation, RPA, macros, scripting, low-code/no-code) \- At least 4 years of experience as a coach or trainer with SAP or other ERP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, SAP TM, SAP EWM, Oracle, MS Dynamics) \- At least 2 years of experience in complex projects with several connected or peripheral systems (e.g., integration landscapes, middleware, interfaces, multi-ERP/subsystem environments) \- Large corporation experience is an advantage \- Strong communication and moderation skills, confident in working with different stakeholders (Business, IT, Management) \- High affinity for AI, digitalization, and change management, with the ability to convey complex technical content comprehensibly \- Structured, proactive, and independent way of working, paired with a hands-on mentality Nice-to-have (plus points): \- Experience in the logistics industry or the logistics process environment (Supply Chain, Warehouse, Transport, Disposition) \- Experience in process analysis and design (e.g., BPMN, Value Stream Mapping, process modeling, Continuous Improvement) \- Experience in the introduction of new collaboration/community formats (e.g., Communities of Practice, User Groups, Champions Programmes) Education: \- Higher education (Uni/FH/HF) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable qualification \- Alternatively: Many years of proven practice in the SAP/ERP environment with a focus on training/coaching and process automation Languages: \- German: Very good written and spoken skills (min.
