Your tasks

• Telephone and written customer support
• Processing of emails and customer inquiries
• Administrative support of daily business
• Receipt and recording of small orders
• Technical clarifications for smaller projects
• Support for project managers
• Organization and maintenance of warehouse and office premises
• Coordination of internal processes

Your profile

• Completed training as Elektroinstallateur/in EFZ or Montage-Elektriker/in EFZ
• Commercial further education, for example Handelsschule, desirable
• Good technical knowledge in the electrical field
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Very good German skills
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Organizational talent and resilience
• Knowledge of RED CAD and Xpandit is an advantage
• English or French skills are an advantage
