Specific responsibilities of the role:
• Process of several international outsourced payrolls
• Ensures compliant payments of salaries, taxes and social charges for all countries on a timely and monthly basis;
• Reviews and updates monthly vacation accruals
• Books payroll entries in the accounting system
• Reconciles payroll accounts with General Ledger on a monthly basis;
• Ensure compliance with the company policies and our SOX and other control procedures;
• Supporting specific payroll projects
• Maintains and protects employee information and payroll operations by keeping information confidential;
Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years- experience in a Finance/Human resources department
• Detail and numbers oriented and strong documentation control skills;
• Strong excel skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently;
• Appropriate handling of confidential information;
• Ability to work within a multinational environment;
• Pro-active; hands on mentality; motivated; team player;
• Fluent in English; any other language an advantage;
• Swiss citizen or valid Swiss working permit;
