About the internship
Are you looking to start your HR career in an international environment and contribute to meaningful people initiatives from day one? As our Global HR Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of HR topics, support both local and global initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in Hire-to-Retire process design activities, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee changes and job changes.
- Support Talent, Culture and Organization initiatives, including performance management, succession management, learning, leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
- Help improve HR systems, tools and practices through data updates, process documentation and user feedback.
- Maintain organizational management structures and support HR Business Partners with process-related updates and system follow-up.
- Coordinate HR project activities, communications, workshops and training logistics as needed.

About you:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Work and Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or another relevant field.
First practical experience through internships, student jobs or part-time roles is an asset.
Fluency in English and French is required; any additional language is a plus.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills, with a proactive, curious and eager-to-learn mindset.
Comfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
Collaborative, flexible and accountable team player with a positive can-do attitude.
Knowledge of Learning and Development is an asset.
Eligibility:
This internship is intended for students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a university or higher education institution based in Switzerland. A valid Swiss permit and a tripartite internship agreement are required.

Our Recruitment Process:
The recruitment process will include two interviews: the first interview with HR, followed by a second interview with the hiring manager.
