Project Manager in Heating 80-100%

Mission:

• Plan, organise, coordinate and supervise heating projects, mainly in the context of energy renovations and the replacement of existing installations with heat pumps.
• Ensure the preparation and proper execution of construction sites respecting deadlines, quality, costs and safety requirements.
• Coordinate human and material resources and the various stakeholders (technical sales, technical office, suppliers, subcontractors and assembly teams) to guarantee the smooth running of projects.
• Manage the administrative and financial follow-up of construction sites (reports, measurements, work orders, cost control, technical documentation, etc.).
• Be the main contact for clients, architects, property managers, project owners and partners throughout the entire implementation phase.
• Provide technical expertise in the fields of heat pumps, heat distribution systems and modern energy solutions, proposing solutions adapted to renovation constraints.
• Participate in the training, supervision and skills development of employees and apprentices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of working methods and ensure the application of standards as well as compliance with health and safety rules.

Profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as heating installer or equivalent training; higher education (federal diploma of project manager, foreman or equivalent training) is an asset.
• Proven experience in managing and leading heating construction sites, ideally in the field of heat pumps and energy renovation.
• Strong technical knowledge of modern heating systems, particularly heat pumps and their integration into existing buildings.
• Comfortable with financial monitoring of construction sites and resource management.
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously and manage priorities effectively.
• Natural leadership, sense of responsibility and ability to unite teams around common goals.
• Customer-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for sustainable technical solutions.
• Sensitivity to energy transition issues and strong interest in new heating technologies.
• Proficiency in common IT tools.
• Driving licence essential.
