Main tasks:

• Leading the workshop team (10 people)
• Assigning and coordinating orders
• Supporting customer service with technical concerns, including customer contact
• Creating diagnoses
• Preparing technical enquiries
• Handling and solving technical problems
• Assisting with repair and service work
• If interested, assisting with breakdown service

Requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician or automotive specialist
• Independent, reliable and precise working method
• Desire to develop further
• Resilient and a team player
• No age limit
