job description ## We are looking for a new team member in the role as Project Manager   (m/f/d)- 100% Location:  Le Locle, Switzerland Type of Contract: CDD, 15 months Startdate: in alignment with the candidate-s availabilities Shift: YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead medium to high complexity projects from concept through implementation and launch • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve project objectives • Monitor project scope, quality, costs, risks, and overall performance • Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to leadership and customers • Identify risks and implement effective mitigation and corrective action plans • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time and within budget • Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across project teams YOUR BACKGROUND • Minimum Bachelor-s degree or equivalent higher education qualification • 2-3+ years of experience managing projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification is an advantage • Proven ability to successfully lead multiple projects and deliver results on time and within budget • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and engage cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to interact at all organizational levels • Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken YOU ARE REPORTING TO Manufacturing Engineering Portfolio Supervisor LLC OUR OFFER • A responsible and varied job in a global company with a strong local presence • Progressive employment conditions with long-term perspective • A high level of personal responsibility and independent work • A safe space for creative thinking and learning at the workplace Find out more about JABIL Switzerland.
