As part of the replacement of the person in post, the Fédération is looking for a
Administrative Assistant at 60% Presence required: Monday-Tuesday-Thursday
Your responsibilities:
Dedicated in particular to the Patronal Secretary of the plastering-painting, flooring, glazing and sealing sectors, you contribute to the smooth functioning of the Patronal Secretariat:
General administration: ensuring current administrative follow-up, participating in the administrative management of the service and contributing to its development
Organization of events, general meetings, committees: invitations, registrations, venue reservations and animations, creation of PowerPoint presentations, drafting of minutes, management of attendance allowances...
Coordination with the concerned internal services
Your profile:
Holder of a CFC in commerce or equivalent title + 5 years of experience minimum in a similar position
Excellent writing, organizational and relational skills
Autonomy, rigor and keen sense of priorities
Ability to alternate between autonomous and collaborative work
Proactivity, flexibility, proposal force and availability
