Description du poste ##
We are recruiting, on behalf of an international industrial company, an International Sales Manager Europe to support the commercial development of several European markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities across the assigned European markets.
• Define and implement a mid- to long-term commercial strategy for your territory.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, partners, agents, and distributors.
• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify new projects.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to guide commercial actions.
• Follow up on commercial and technical offers through to successful completion.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure high service quality and smooth project execution.
• Support, train, and develop commercial partners across the region to maximize market coverage and performance.
• Provide regular reporting on sales activity and monitor key performance indicators.
Profile
• Higher education degree, ideally Mechanical Engineering with a solid technical expertise in hydraulics, chemicals, wastewater
• Proven experience in an international B2B sales role across Europe.
• Strong ability to develop new markets and manage complex sales cycles.
• Comfortable working with clients, partners, and distribution networks in an international environment.
• Fluent in English; any additional European language would be a plus.
• Autonomous, structured, results-driven, and commercially minded.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
