Assistance to Management Responsible pivot function in a renowned funding foundation. We have been commissioned to approach you as a motivated and conscientious person for the position of Assistant to Management 80% (in job sharing). In this versatile key function, you will support management in all administrative and organizational matters. You will be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of foundation board meetings, including minutes, manage the foundation tool, and create reports, analyses, and presentations. Furthermore, you will maintain governance documents, be responsible for and optimize internal processes and systems, coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, accompany interns, and ensure the smooth operation of office management, including travel organization and deputizations. In agreement with your team colleague, you will take on general office tasks. You have a commercial training, business management understanding, and several years of experience in an assistance, staff, or coordination function. You work in a structured, independent, and precise manner, think in a networked way, and keep an overview even in demanding situations. Discretion, reliability, and a pronounced service orientation characterize you, just like organizational talent and initiative. You communicate confidently in German, are very familiar with modern office tools, and convince with your professional appearance and high social competence.
