Full announcement and application via: https://offres-emploi.vd.ch/#fr/sites/CX_1/jobs/preview/5452 Job Description The ORP-CSR Common Unit, attached to the Regional Employment Office (ORP) of the Ouest lausannois, aims to take charge of Revenu d'Insertion (RI) beneficiaries according to modalities combining the skills of social assistants from the Centre social régional (CSR) and personnel advisors from the ORP. In this framework, you organize and support the activity of the Common Unit employees. You support the creation of a professional practice based on the actions of two complementary professional bodies and impact the deployment of innovative practices in the field of socio-professional integration. You ensure the development of the skills of the employees in your unit, while controlling the quality of the service provided to beneficiaries and compliance with the legal framework. You support the head of the ORP and the head of the CSR and contribute to the quality of relations between the ORP and the CSR. You follow and advise each beneficiary with the objective of optimizing job placement. You select the appropriate placement strategies for each person and have specific measures at your disposal to allow for the development of their employability. Responsibilities: Direct and supervise the activity of the Common Unit employees; Organize, optimize and control the quality of the work of the Common Unit; Ensure the development of the skills of the Common Unit employees; Support the head of the ORP as well as the heads of the CSR and contribute to the quality of relations between the ORP and the CSR; Carry out ORP personnel advisor activities and substitute for the head of the office in the management of the office. Qualifications Federal diploma of HR specialist, social insurance specialist, or personnel advisor. Several years in the fields of counseling and placement, socio-professional reintegration, HR and management. You have been sensitized to the legal aspects of HR monitoring through your experiences.
