Responsibilities

Team management and department steering

  • You supervise, lead, motivate, and develop the IT team consisting of 4 people.
  • You organize and plan the department's activity, distribute tasks, and coordinate the on-call service schedule.
  • You participate in recruitment, conduct evaluation interviews, and support the skill development of your employees.
  • You develop, propose, and monitor the IT budget, both for investments and for operating expenses.
