Tasks
This role involves managing first-level incidents, resolving common technical problems and maintaining IT equipment to guarantee service continuity. You will assist users and contribute to the stability of the information system.
Provide first-level IT support to users
Prepare, install and configure workstations and printers
Intervene on-site, at client locations, for installation and troubleshooting
Manage and track hardware and software inventory
We are looking for
CFC in IT or equivalent
Driving license mandatory
Mastery of the Microsoft 365 environment
Good basics in infrastructure and networks
Fluent French
A sociable, communicative person with excellent interpersonal skills
