Head of Secretarial Services - 80% to 100%

Reporting to the head of department, you are responsible for managing and supervising the activities of the medical secretariats of the anesthesiology service, emergency service, intensive care service, and the DMA pool. You implement processes aimed at guaranteeing the quality of secretarial activities, harmonizing professional practices, and maintaining consistency between the different services at an administrative level. You ensure the adequacy of resources in relation to the workload. You ensure the coordination of activity by motivating and leading a team of more than 20 employees. You strive to develop their skills by implementing versatility and a substitution system between services. You hold a commercial maturity or a CFC as a commercial employee. You have completed management training (CAS). You have at least 2 years of experience in team management and at least 5 years of experience in a secretarial position (medical or executive) in a large structure. You have very good knowledge of IT tools (ECDL advanced level for Word, standard for Excel and Powerpoint). Knowledge of software such as DPI, DPA, Opale, Winscribe, and GRECO would be a real asset. Mastery of French in writing as well as orally is indispensable. You possess excellent organizational and priority management skills, allowing you to face emergency situations requiring good stress management. You have good analytical skills and a capacity for synthesis. You are an assertive, flexible, and attentive person. Dynamic, you demonstrate adaptability and are proactive in providing coherence to the DMA secretariats.
