In order to accompany the transition of its governance and to pursue its growth, we are mandated to recruit its future General Manager Construction company In this strategic function, you will progressively take the reins of a solidly established company in the building sector. In close collaboration with the Board of Directors, you will ensure the management of activities, unite the teams around a common vision, and actively contribute to writing the next chapter of its development.   Main responsibilities: • Define and implement the company strategy in collaboration with the Board of Directors. • Ensure the global management of activities and guarantee the operational, financial, and organizational performance of the company. • Accompany the evolution of governance and prepare the company for the challenges of tomorrow. • Unite, supervise, and develop teams by promoting a culture of responsibility, collaboration, and excellence. • Supervise operations and ensure the proper execution of projects in compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives. • Develop and maintain relationships of trust with clients, partners, suppliers, and key market players. • Identify and seize development opportunities in order to sustainably strengthen the company's positioning. • Guarantee rigorous management of resources, investments, and performance indicators. • Lead continuous improvement, innovation, and modernization projects for the organization. • Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements as well as safety and quality standards. Your profile: • Having benefited from basic training in the construction field, you have ideally completed your path with higher education such as an entrepreneur diploma, engineer, federal master, or equivalent training. • Complementary training in management, business management, or governance constitutes an appreciated asset. • You benefit from solid experience acquired within construction companies in Switzerland, ideally in the fields of masonry, reinforced concrete, and structural work. • Throughout your career, you have developed an excellent understanding of the operational realities of a construction company as well as the issues related to site management. • Your career has allowed you to hold a leadership or management position with significant responsibilities on operational, human, and financial levels. • Recognized for your natural leadership, you know how to unite teams, develop talents, and establish a lasting climate of trust. • Capable of taking a step back while remaining close to the field, you combine strategic vision, entrepreneurial sense, and pragmatism. • Your personality allows you to accompany change while respecting the history, values, and culture of a company. • Possessing a strong sense of responsibility, you demonstrate integrity, perseverance, and exemplarity.
