The thermal leisure complex of Bains de Saillon, in the heart of the Valais vineyards, brings together several activities: a thermal area composed of baths, a mayens wellness village with saunas and a Turkish bath, a thermal river, a Spa Cinq Mondes area, a fitness center and a hotel area with a capacity of 145 rooms as well as themed restaurants.

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in a similar position
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Proficiency in French as a native language or spoken fluently
• Organization, flexibility, dynamism, rigor and sense of priorities
• Ability to remain calm and performant in demanding situations
• Availability to work in the evenings and on weekends

Your tasks:

• Prepare and create dishes according to the establishment's quality standards
• Ensure the mise en place and the smooth running of service
• Work at the various kitchen stations
• Ensure compliance with recipes, quantities and presentation of dishes
• Guarantee compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
• Participate in the tidying, cleaning and maintenance of your workstation
• Collaborate closely with other members of the brigade
• Demonstrate flexibility according to needs and activity
