For a newly approved position, the Social Department is looking for you as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement as Finance Clerk Child and Adult Protection (80 - 100 %) ## In this position, you will undertake significant tasks in accounting and financial administration for our clients. With your expertise, you will ensure smooth processes and create financial transparency and security. What you will achieve with us • Recording of income and expenses • Execution of payments (maintenance contributions, accounts payable, standing orders) • Submission of documents to health insurance companies including accounts receivable control, reminders, and settlement of costs with the compensation fund • Management of accounts (account openings/closures, recording and updating of rental, savings, and Pillar 3a accounts) • Recording and updating of assets/debts in the client accounting (real estate, mortgages, private debts) • Performance of quarterly controls and annual financial statements • Preparation of asset reports for legal representatives as well as preparation and dispatch of audit documents to the KESB • Creation of monthly and annual statistics as well as control work to ensure data quality How you will inspire us • Completed commercial basic training, ideally with further training as a Finance Clerk • Professional experience in the field of payment transactions / benefit settlement • Strong understanding and flair for numbers • Independent, reliable, structured, and exact way of working • High flexibility and openness to change • Team-oriented, committed, and solution-oriented personality What awaits you with us • Appreciative, collegial cooperation and a good working atmosphere • Compatibility of professional and private life: annual working hours, part-time work, care days and home office depending on function • Generous holiday regulations: at least 26 vacation days, additionally graduated vacation days based on age, 41-hour week as well as the possibility to take one or two unpaid vacation weeks • Competence-based development opportunities as well as individual training and further education Have we aroused your interest?
