Your area of responsibility

You...

• support the regional management in leading a team of 15 customer advisors (professionally and personally) and accompany the team in customer book planning, pipeline management, the care of key customers, complex customer needs as well as as a coach in their personal development
• are co-responsible for achieving the tactical target planning and ensure high quality in terms of customer satisfaction, advisory competence, risks, processes as well as regarding regulatory and legal requirements
• give BLKB a face in your sales region and at events, joyfully maintain and expand your network and win new customers
• shape and carry the overall bank strategy and occasionally participate in projects
• live the values of BLKB, the team bank thought and the cooperation principles and demand them from your employees

• possess proven advisory competence and many years of experience in managing a customer book
