Sales Clerk Inside Sales & Order Processing 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
You ensure that our customers have an experience that convinces – reliable, friendly and solution-oriented.

Your main tasks include:

• Responsibility for the entire order and project processing from order to delivery
• Responsible for national invoice processing
• Close cooperation with the sales team in daily business
• Support with offers and projects for Swiss customers and dealers
• Independent processing of the delivery delay process including monitoring confirmed delivery dates
• Coordination between customers, sales, operations and logistics
• Oral and written exchange with our European sister companies
• Processing of complaints and service orders in cooperation with After Sales
• Management of spontaneous customer visits in the Menziken showroom
• Collaboration at the telephone switchboard in the team with very good knowledge in German and English

What you bring with you:
You like to take on responsibility and are there for our customers. In addition, you have:

• Several years of experience in customer service or a comparable role (ideally approx. 5 years)
• A commercial education and confidence in administrative processes
• Experience in order processing, ideally in a manufacturing company
• Experience in billing/invoicing
• German: stylistically confident, clear and precise (Level C1)
• English: professionally applicable in spoken and written form
• Strong quality awareness, careful and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact, team spirit and communication strength
• Structured, independent way of working and a service-oriented attitude
• Desire to think along, improve processes and develop solutions together
