Your tasks:

• Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all types of food according to the menu plan and special wishes
• Responsible for regeneration, completion and commissioning of the food
• Co-responsible for efficient inventory management
• Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines
• Proper and professional organization of work within the kitchen service
• Co-responsibility for controlling management as well as quality management

Your profile:

• Training as a Cook EFZ with professional experience
• Many years of experience in the area of hot and cold kitchen, completion/regeneration and commissioning of food
• Professional and independent working attitude
• Flair for plating and decorating food
• Willingness to work at events
• Knowledge of system gastronomy
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of versatile challenges
• Good German skills in spoken and written
