Your tasks

• In the Customer Service Center, you answer all customer inquiries in 1st-level support via all contact channels (telephone, e-mail, chat, portal and app myVisana etc.)
• You support our sales with the generation of leads
• You act as a competent contact person for our customers and agencies
• For clarifications and inquiries, you work closely with the 2nd-level teams of the respective areas

Your profile

• You have a commercial or paramedical education (Medical Practice Assistant or Pharmacy Assistant)
• Preferably, you bring experience in the insurance sector - ideally, you have already worked with insurance products or in customer service -- but above all, you bring enthusiasm for customer contact
• You are characterized by an independent, exact, and rational way of working as well as customer-oriented behavior
• As a communicative and sociable personality, foreign language skills (French, Italian or English) are also an advantage
