Call Agent 100% (a)

For our Outbound Telephony team in the Operations area, we are looking for a Call Agent with a focus on appreciative communication with our debtors, starting immediately or by arrangement at our location in Kloten.

This is the job

• You conduct empathetic telephone calls with debtors and together find viable payment agreements.
• You use technical specifications and your communication strength to develop suitable solutions for both sides.
• You maintain your calm even in challenging conversations and respond to different situations in a de-escalating manner.
• You use modern IT programs and benefit from comprehensive and very structured induction.

What you bring with you

• German language skills at native level, very good French and Italian language skills
• A sense for de-escalating conversation management: Even in difficult situations, you remain friendly, calm and solution-oriented.
• Confident handling of IT programs: You are fit in handling MS Apps and enjoy learning more.
• High result orientation: For you, it is important to achieve goals together with the team.
• Experience in a call center or in customer service: Helps you with the entry, but is not a must – we will teach you everything!
