For one of our customers, we are looking for Call Center Employees (m/f/d). Your tasks: • You schedule appointments with customers and conduct follow-up calls. -You maintain and update customer data in the CRM system. -You follow up on customer conversations and document them carefully. -You work in a goal-oriented manner to achieve the agreed sales targets. Your profile: • You speak fluent German or French, bilingual is an advantage • Ideally, you have initial experience in telephone sales (outbound), however, this is not a mandatory requirement. -You are characterized by a friendly and confident manner on the phone. -You possess strong communication skills and persuasiveness. -You act in a customer-oriented manner and bring a high level of service orientation. -You convince through high self-motivation and willingness to perform. -You work in a structured, careful, and reliable manner. -Ideally, you have basic knowledge in handling CRM systems or MS Office applications.
