HR Business Partner | Fixed-term for six months

To apply On behalf of an internationally active company in sports marketing, we are looking for a highly motivated personality as an HR Business Partner (80-100%) for a fixed-term assignment of six months, starting immediately or by arrangement. Any possible extension or continued employment will be reviewed during the course of the assignment. In this versatile role, you will advise managers and employees on all HR topics, accompany operational and strategic personnel processes, and actively contribute your HR expertise in a dynamic, international environment. Your tasks: • Advising managers and employees as a sparring partner throughout the entire employee lifecycle • Responsibility for performance management, personnel development, and the operational core HR processes (HRIS: HiBob) • Independent processing of demanding HR cases, including case management and labor law issues • Participation in international HR projects as well as optimization of processes and structures Your profile: • At least three years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an international environment • Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law and mandatory experience in case management • Independent, solution-oriented personality - you work operationally and like to roll up your sleeves • Fluent German and English skills; experience with HR systems (ideally HiBob) is an advantage The absolute plus: You are enthusiastic about sports!
