Chef de rang # Afin to complete its teams for the 2026/2027 winter season, Télé-Thyon is looking for its « Restauration » department: Your missions: \- Welcome, seat, and advise customers with professionalism and conviviality ; \- Ensure order taking, service of food and drinks, as well as the monitoring of their section throughout the entire service ; \- Guarantee the quality of service and ensure customer satisfaction ; \- Present the menu and advise customers; \- Ensure payments according to current procedures ; \- Carry out the setting up, dressing, and clearing of tables ; \- Participate in pre-service and post-service briefings ; \- Ensure effective communication with the kitchen and floor teams to guarantee the smooth running of the service ; \- Ensure the cleanliness of the dining room, terraces, equipment, and workspaces ; \- Participate in the replenishment of workstations and the storage of goods ; \- Apply hygiene and food safety rules and internal procedures ; \- Participate in waste sorting in accordance with the establishment's directives ; \- Contribute to the snow removal of terraces and restaurant access when necessary ; \- Report any malfunction or particular need that could impact operations to your hierarchy. Your profile: \- Training or significant experience in the catering professions; \- Previous experience as a Chef de rang, experienced waiter/waitress, or similar role ; \- Excellent sense of welcome and customer satisfaction ; \- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation ; \- Sense of organization, autonomy, and rigor; \- Team spirit and good collaboration skills ; \- Dynamism, versatility, and stress resistance ; \- Developed commercial sense ; \- Mastery of dining room service techniques ; \- Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules ; \- Good command of English; \- Interest in the mountain environment and knowledge of the ski area appreciated; \- Good level of skiing or snowboarding allowing you to reach the workplace safely regardless of weather conditions.
