IT Network Administrator / AI Integrator 100% (m/f/d) As an IT Network Administrator / AI Integrator, you are the technical backbone of our digital infrastructure and at the same time the engine of our AI transformation. You ensure a stable, secure network and system landscape and actively drive the integration of AI solutions into our business processes. The role is closely linked with the E-Commerce, Support, and Marketing teams. Your tasks Network & IT Infrastructure Administration and further development of the network infrastructure at our locations in Roggwil, Sennwald, and our own shops in Europe (LAN/WLAN, Firewalls, VPN, Switching, Routing) Operation and maintenance of the server, client, and cloud environment (Microsoft 365, Entra ID / Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams telephony) Administration of end devices including Device Enrollment, Intune policies, and license management Configuration and maintenance of domains, DNS, SPF, and certificate structures (e.g., secure LDAP certificates, mail deliverability) Hardware procurement & administration (Client/Server) Occasional on-site support for shops, including travel for new installations IT Security & Compliance Ensuring IT security through patch management, Zero Trust approaches, MFA, and Endpoint Protection Incident response during security incidents (e.g., phishing, compromised accounts) including internal communication Onboarding new employees to security tools such as Bitwarden (password management) Support during ISO 9001 audits and implementation of compliance requirements Monitoring, Support & System Maintenance Monitoring, troubleshooting, and 2nd-level support for network, systems, and user requests Processing and prioritization of IT tickets and further development of the ticket process Planning and implementation of system updates, rollouts, and migrations with minimal downtime Documentation of processes, configurations, and knowledge base articles AI Integration & Automation Integration of AI into existing processes and systems in close cooperation with E-Commerce, Customer Service, and Marketing Design, creation, and optimization of prompts for generative AI models (e.g., for translations, customer service, content creation) Conception and implementation of workflows in n8n and connection to systems such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias, Synthflow, and other APIs Operation and optimization of AI agents (e.g., Gorgias AI Agent, Synthflow telephony, Copilot applications) Quality assurance and monitoring of AI-generated content – including error diagnosis, fallback logic, and reporting Evaluation of new AI tools and models as well as derivation of business use cases Training and enablement of internal teams in handling AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Gorgias AI) Job Requirements Education & Experience Completed education or studies in the field of computer science, systems engineering, network technology, or comparable qualification At least 3 years of professional experience in IT administration, ideally in an SME or E-Commerce environment Initial practical experience in handling AI tools, Prompt Engineering, and/or automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.) Technical Competencies Sound knowledge of network technology (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Firewalls, WLAN controller) Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 world: Entra ID / Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Experience with PowerShell scripting or other automation languages Understanding of IT security principles (MFA, Zero Trust, Endpoint Protection, backup strategies) Basic understanding of APIs, Webhooks, and JSON for system integration Experience with or strong interest in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG concepts, and prompt optimization Advantageous: Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias, Adyen, or comparable SaaS platforms Personal Strengths Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working High level of personal responsibility and reliability Curiosity and passion for innovation, especially in the area of AI and digitalization Good communication skills – you can explain complex topics understandably Team player with enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation Willingness to travel occasionally between the locations Roggwil and Konstanz Languages German business fluent (C2) English good knowledge (B2) for documentation and international tools/partners jpid1dd59e7jm jit0728jm jiy26jm
