Call for applications for the position of Director of the Fondation Borel at 100% ## Your main missions: • ensure the strategic and operational management of the foundation, as well as the sustainability of its missions • participate actively, alongside the Board of the Foundation, in the development of the institution's strategy • develop internal policy allowing the implementation of the strategy while taking into account the demanding field of child protection • develop institutional services and lead institutional projects • exercise a leadership role promoting collaboration, collective intelligence, and the construction of committed professional links with all staff • ensure the management of the management functions directly subordinate to them • develop and implement an institutional culture promoting the efficient deployment of services, collaboration, and staff development • be the guarantor of the realization of the mission, the quality of services, the consistency of actions carried out in compliance with legal and normative frameworks, as well as internal standards • ensure institutional, socio-educational and pedagogical, organizational, and financial functioning • guarantee the implementation of management tools and performance indicators • guarantee the implementation of the internal control system • delegate the operational management of services to the relevant managers, while assuming final responsibility • be the guarantor of respect for the rights and safety of the children and adolescents welcomed • ensure the external representation of the institution at the request of the Board of the Foundation Your profile: • HES or university level degree in the social, socio-educational field or recognized equivalent • DAS / MAS in the management of educational, social, or socio-sanitary institutions or equivalent. Or interest in undertaking one • Experience in the field of social education, minimum 10 years • Significant management experience in the field of child aid and protection • Experience in project management and change management • Experience in public finance management and HR management • Good knowledge of the cantonal child protection system • Ability to unite multidisciplinary teams and exercise collaborative leadership • Ease in coordination work and partnership with State services • Ability to commit sustainably in a demanding context What we offer: A position of high responsibility, with varied activities in a constantly evolving field.
