Your tasks ###

• Technical leadership of the production team and responsibility for daily planning
• Promotion and involvement of people with mental disabilities in the daily production of our baked goods, patisserie, and gelati products
• Ensuring compliance with quality and food standards (HACCP)
• Active participation in production as well as identifying and implementing process optimizations according to Lean Management together with the team
• Management and maintenance of relationships with business customers in cooperation with sales as well as ensuring smooth order processing
• Calculation and preparation of offers for customer inquiries as well as participation in the new and further development of products

Special feature of this position: Regular and predictable working hours from Monday to Friday between 07.30 and 17.00!

Your profile ###

• Completed vocational apprenticeship as Bäcker-Konditor-Confiseur:in EFZ as well as extensive specialist knowledge or additional training in Food Science / food technology
• Leadership experience; experience in work agogics or accompanying people with mental disabilities is an advantage
• Practical knowledge in product development as well as knowledge of textures and raw material science
• Proficient use of ERP systems for product master data maintenance and scheduling (Abacus or similar)
• Experience in professional B2B customer contact and very good German language skills
• High social competence, patience, resilience, as well as a structured and quality-conscious way of working
