HR Specialist (m/f/d) Do you keep an overview when things get complex? Then bring your HR know-how to us and actively help shape the personnel administration for our employees. How you contribute Holistic personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle: from entry to mutations to exit (incl. creation of employment contracts, certificates, warnings, terminations and maintenance of variable salary data) Advising and supporting around 400 employees in insurance and wage technical matters Processing of social security topics: pension fund, AHV/ALV, maternity insurance, EO notifications, withholding tax, family allowances etc. Obtaining work permits and close cooperation with authorities and offices Responsibility for sickness and accident daily allowance cases, including checking the daily allowance credits as well as calculations regarding blocking periods and vacation reductions Work with various HR systems and tools Support with HR projects as well as close cooperation with the HR Service Center and Payroll What distinguishes you A completed commercial basic training as well as HR-specific further education, preferably with a federal diploma (eidgenössischem Fachausweis) Several years of professional experience in operational personnel administration as well as sound process knowledge along the employee lifecycle Confident handling of MS Office and a high digital affinity; ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors A structured, careful and innovative way of working Independence, solution orientation and teamwork skills Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form What is in it for you Attractive compensation package incl. 13th month salary Extensive further education offers, from language courses to individual development programs Discounts at top brands in fashion, leisure, electronics, living & more Team spirit at regular team and company events A state-of-the-art office with optimal public transport connections and parking spaces for employees directly on site jpidf18500cjm jit0626jm jiy26jm
