Aufgaben
Support of the export team in preparing export documents (commercial/proforma invoice, packing-list, transport-orders) for shipments to all customers and ensure correct declaration of the contents.
Support of the export team to create transport orders, AWB in the carriers "online" module.
Coordinate with carrier and follow up with shipment process to ensure efficient, and on time delivery of the products and communicate with Customer Service proactively in case of delay.
Ensure archiving of export documents from all outgoing shipments as well as eVV (electronical and physical archiving).
Communicate in a proactive and efficient way internally and externally with other departments and forwarding agents.
Support in terms of freight claims / customer complaints
Assist with monthly KPI preparation and communication.
Assure import/export SOP and WI are followed and are up to date.
Any other assignments designated by the Export Lead / Sr Manager Logistics

Anforderung
Completed apprenticeship preferable in logistic or similar background is preferred
Very good English and German/French (spoken and written)
Good computer skills (ERP, diverse ship software, eVV systems, Edec Web, Microsoft Office tools)
