Purchasing Assistant (procurement) at 100% ##

Your mission: ###

You are the interface between suppliers and the company. You respond to the problems encountered, propose solutions and participate in the development of the procurement department.

Your main tasks: ###

• Monitoring of item sheets
• Management of minimum stocks in collaboration with logistics and sales representatives
• Management of orders, verification of order confirmations and reminders to suppliers
• Entry of supplier invoices upon receipt of goods
• Management of claims to suppliers in case of delivery problems
• Request and follow-up of supplier lead times
• Request for quotes from suppliers
• Communication with the sales department for the follow-up of delivery times
• Contacts with suppliers for the return of defective goods or in case of delivery error
• Follow-up of supplier invoices for VAT

Your profile: ###

• CFC as a commercial employee or training deemed equivalent
• Proven professional experience in the field of procurement
• French: native language
• Good knowledge of English and German desired
• Very good overview, good management of priorities and rigor
• Punctuality, seriousness, autonomy, flexibility, mobility and resistance to stress
