Introduction

For a successful, internationally active trading and service company, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented and experienced personality as an HR Business Partner (w/m/d).

In this versatile role, you will advise employees and managers on all personnel-related issues and accompany the entire employee lifecycle. You will actively contribute to the further development of modern HR processes and make an important contribution to an appreciative and future-oriented corporate culture.

Tasks

Support and accompaniment of the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to entry through to administrative HR processes

Competent advice and support for employees as well as managers in all personnel-related topics

Active participation in the optimization, digitalization and further development of HR processes

Support with personnel measures as well as participation in HR projects

Ensuring professional and service-oriented HR support

Close cooperation with internal stakeholders and various business areas

Participation in the implementation of modern personnel concepts and HR initiatives

Profile

Completed education or further training in the field of Human Resources

Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR function

Enjoyment of advising and collaborating with people at different hierarchical levels

Strong communication, empathetic and team-oriented personality

Very good German skills as well as very good skills in French or Italian

English skills are an advantage

High service orientation, initiative and reliability

Quick comprehension as well as structured and independent way of working

Good knowledge of common MS Office applications

Experience with HR systems such as Workday or SAP HCM is a plus
