For Banque Raiffeisen Moléson, a bank very well established locally in the south of the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for a person as Senior Credit Officer (f/m), private client sector.

What awaits you?

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, approve or reject credit requests within the scope of assigned competencies.
• Ensure the "Back" role in the separation of Front/Back functions for non-standard private client files.
• Accompany and advise client advisors in the analysis, structuring and processing of financing requests.
• Identify, evaluate and communicate risks related to credit operations, while proposing suitable solutions.
• Analyze requests for special or exceptional authorizations and coordinate, if necessary, risk transfers to Raiffeisen Suisse.
• Ensure the periodic review of credit commitments and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Participate in the monitoring of Recovery files and support the relevant teams in managing complex situations.
• Contribute to the monitoring of the credit portfolio and the control of compliance with agreed conditions.

Environment

• Close collaboration with Front units and Risk teams.
• Participation in the continuous improvement of credit processes and in cross-functional projects related to risk management.

What do you bring?

Proven experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the analysis, validation or management of credits intended for private clients.
• Solid knowledge of mortgage financing and usual guarantees.
• Experience in managing complex situations or Recovery files is an asset.
• Skills in real estate valuation, an asset

Technical skills

• Excellent mastery of financial analysis and the repayment capacity of private clients.
• Very good knowledge of banking regulations and credit risk management principles.
• Ability to evaluate complex situations and to make well-founded and consistent decisions.

Education & certifications

• Completed banking training supplemented by higher education (federal diploma, ES diploma, HES or equivalent).
• A specialization in the field of credit or risk is an advantage.
