We are currently looking for a HR Manager (M/F) - 70% or 80% As HR Manager, you will have a key role in the company. Your missions: HR Management & compliance • Manage all HR processes and ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and applicable regulations • Ensure legal monitoring, guarantee the compliance of employee files and respect for the nLPD • Draft and supervise official correspondence HR Strategy & support to Management • Participate in the development of HR policy and strategy • Advise General Management on all HR topics • Drive HR projects Recruitment, onboarding and management of the employee life cycle • Analyze recruitment needs, draft advertisements, pre-select candidates and conduct interviews • Manage employee files throughout their life cycle, from hiring to departure, ensuring proper administrative maintenance and compliance with internal procedures • Attendance management • Ensure administrative follow-up, support, plan and coordinate the journey of interns • Ensure the training of new permanent employees and ensure the proper transfer of knowledge Supervision & coordination • Drive all HR functions • Support managers in the management of their teams • Coordinate headquarters and branch teams Development & work climate • Support staff well-being and promote a healthy working climate • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and the development of the department • Organization of internal events Management of temporary workers & legal compliance • Ensure legal follow-up related to temporary workers • Be the main interlocutor during control work (audits, authority controls, regulatory verifications) • Ensure the compliance of practices with the legal and contractual requirements of temporary work • Monitor and follow up on collective labor agreements (CCT) Your profile: • Holder of the HRSE Certificate, required • Confirmed minimum of 3 years experience in an HR manager position in Switzerland, experience in a placement agency is an asset • Excellent mastery of Swiss labor law, CCT and nLPD • Very good knowledge of the Geneva economic fabric Required skills: The following qualifications are essential: • Ability to work independently while collaborating with Management • Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of diplomacy and irreproachable confidentiality • Great ease in listening, communication and management of sensitive situations • Analytical spirit, synthesis capability and sense of priorities • Very good mastery of IT tools, in particular Excel and Word • Excellent mastery of French, both oral and written Why join us: • Stimulating challenges: Actively participate in the growth of our company • Dynamic working environment: Evolve within a passionate, committed and benevolent team • Career perspectives: Take a leap forward in your professional journey with us • Local positioning: Real proximity to clients and candidates *Are you ready to take on this exciting challenge?
