Specialized Case Manager (M/F) Job Description In your capacity as a specialized case manager within the registry of the Établissement de détention pour mineurs et jeunes adultes in Palézieux, you will ensure the complete and autonomous management of the files of detained persons throughout their detention process. In this specific context, you will contribute to the administrative and judicial follow-up of minors and young adults, in close collaboration with the penal authorities, institutional partners, and the various sectors of the establishment. You will contribute to the smooth running of the registry by ensuring the monitoring of deadlines, transfers and authorizations, as well as the production of official documents and statistics. You will also provide administrative support to the Management, participate in the transfer of knowledge within the team, and apply the confidentiality and security requirements specific to the penitentiary field. Responsibilities Analyze individual situations and process all incoming correspondence from the various penal authorities and the various sectors of the establishment related to the detention of detained persons. Verify the legal and administrative compliance of documents; Prepare files for decisions by the Management and the authorities (releases, transfers, sentence execution, etc.); Compile, maintain, and archive the individual files of detained persons; Manage visit and hearing authorizations and determine their feasibility: complete analysis of the situation and judgments, decision preliminary opinion, organization, coordination, and production of associated documents; Manage the management's agenda and organize appointments, meetings, seminars, and trips; Take and write minutes; Ensure, develop, and maintain contacts with the authorities, services, bodies, institutions, and persons directly related to the activity of the SPEN, to the lives of the detainees; Ensure the training of commercial apprentices within the sector and proceed with regular evaluations and their grades. Qualifications CFC as a commercial employee or a title deemed equivalent; Strong confirmed experience of at least 3 years within an entity of the penal chain; Workplace trainer for apprentices (FPT); Very good organizational skills; Great discretion in handling sensitive data; Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of teamwork, and empathy; Good command of French, both oral and written; Proficiency in standard IT tools. Our employment conditions require that you are Swiss or a holder of a permit C, free of any certificate of unpaid debts (an extract from the Office des poursuites must be presented during the process), and your criminal record must be clean.
