Your responsibility As a pedagogical specialist, you will accompany children and young people in their school and care day and promote their independence and social skills. You will support students in their personal development, in acquiring practical life skills, and in strengthening work-related skills. Supporting teachers in developing, planning, and accompanying practical work and employment offers is central. By building stable relationships, you will recognize challenges early on and act professionally and in a solution-oriented manner, even in demanding situations. Your profile For this task, you have completed training as an Occupational Therapist/Educator, Social Pedagogue HF/FH. Experiences in a special pedagogical environment, especially in a day special school or a social pedagogical institution, are an advantage.
