REFERENT NURSE at 70% - 80% in 6-month CDD

Mission

After an integration period and specific training regarding the diversity of situations and the population of the CMS, you will be autonomous in the management of nursing care.

By prioritizing a global approach to the person, you will ensure prevention and health promotion among our beneficiaries and their surroundings.

Accompanied by an expert multidisciplinary team, you will perform medico-technical care and guarantee the smooth running of its delegation by ensuring the follow-up of our beneficiaries through the computer update of their files and by actively participating in colloquia and meetings.

As a referent nurse, you will be a resource person within the team, coordinating interventions around the beneficiary and supporting the quality and continuity of care and the adaptation of services based on new knowledge.

Profile

• Diploma in general nursing, level 2 or HES.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience desired, ideally in psycho-geriatrics or in the community health sector. Motivated young graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Solid skills in technical care and the ability to perform a complete clinical assessment. Experience in mental health is an asset.
• Ability to work autonomously, with good clinical judgment and an affirmed decision-making capacity.
• Sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a network and multidisciplinary setting.
• Great sense of relationship, communication, and negotiation.
• Proactivity, reactivity, and solution orientation.
• Versatility, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Comfortable with IT tools (patient file management, care planning, monitoring quality indicators).
• Driver's license and vehicle indispensable.
• For foreign diplomas, a Red Cross recognition is required or in progress.
