In addition to sports activities, Groupe Grenat includes two commercial entities: Prime & CoSA, specialized in catering and catering services, and the Ramada Hotel with the La Praille event center. To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for an HR Manager. Mission ### As an HR Manager, you are responsible for salary management, social insurance monitoring, and personnel administration. Service-oriented, you accompany and inform employees on a daily basis with availability and professionalism. Integrated into a dynamic and committed team, you actively participate in HR projects and the continuous improvement of the service. Job Description ### • Ensure the complete management of the recruitment process: identification of needs, writing and dissemination of advertisements, selection of applications, conduct of interviews, and integration of new employees • Manage the entire life cycle of employees, including hiring, employment contracts, work permits, and other administrative procedures • Ensure the management of HR data, monitoring of working hours, absences, and processing of claims • Ensure the complete management of salaries: parameterization, processing, verification, and closing • Lead HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of the group's processes • Be the guarantor of the application of legal and regulatory obligations related to working conditions and labor relations Profile ### • HR certificate or equivalent training essential • Confirmed experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar function in Switzerland • Excellent mastery of common computer tools • Excellent mastery of French, good level of English • Ability to work independently, in a structured and reliable manner • Excellent communication skills, sense of service • Discretion, rigor, and absolute respect for confidentiality We offer you a stimulating position and the opportunity to actively contribute to the success of Groupe Grenat.
