Customer Service Clerk Insurance DE/FR

Our client - a leading, highly specialized player in the insurance industry in the Bern area - is looking for reinforcement in the back office. Here, modern processes, flat hierarchies, and a lot of personal responsibility await you!

Your main tasks:

• Processing of applications, contracts, and mutations in the Property & Liability segment
• Second-level support for written and telephone customer inquiries
• Examination and processing of claims in cooperation with subject matter experts
• Maintenance of master data and active participation in process optimization
• Interface function between customers, partners, and internal departments (DE/FR)

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Commercial basic training in an insurance industry and a completed VBV certificate
• Min. 5 years of professional experience with a focus on property & liability insurance
• Stylish German and very good French skills (mandatory C1 level)
• Digital mindset (proficient handling of CRM systems and MS Office)
• Exact, solution-oriented way of working as well as high service orientation
