Vocational Training Officer: Hospitality

Area of responsibility:

• Overall responsibility for the apprentices at the various locations in the occupational groups Kitchen, Restoration, and Bakery
• Coordination of vocational training between the locations and ensuring a uniform training standard
• Planning and organization of learning support days, apprentice afternoons, and learning sequences
• Coordination and further development of the training programs
• Accompanying, promoting, and supporting the apprentices during the entire training period
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with the area and department managers as well as practical trainers

Profile:

• Completed vocational training as Köchin /zum Koch EFZ
• Professional experience in a home, restaurant, or hospital kitchen
• Vocational trainer course
• SVEB certificate Level 1 or willingness to acquire this
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different teams and occupational groups
