We are looking for a pragmatic and proactive personality to develop the quality system, lead quality projects, and ensure quality in production and the supply chain. Your responsibilities and tasks:

• Development of the QMS (ISO 13485, MDR) and maintenance of certifications
• Leading quality projects: QMS adaptations, process validations, and CAPA
• Carrying out internal and supplier audits
• Coordination of non-conformities (internal/suppliers) and handling of complaints
• Document control, control plans, risk management, data analysis, and KPI
• Contact person for clients, suppliers, and internal departments on quality matters
• Training employees on regulatory and QMS-related requirements
• Collaboration with technical/production to resolve problems and improve processes

Your profile:
------------

• Degree in natural sciences or engineering (HES/ETH/EPFL/Uni)
• At least 8–10 years of experience in medical device quality management
• Solid knowledge of ISO 13485:2016, MDR (UE) 2017/745, 21 CFR Part 820, and MDSAP
• Mastery of statistical methods (process control, control and sampling plans)
• Experience with an eQMS combined with training/studies in microbiology is an asset.
• Analytical, pragmatic, proactive, and rigorous mindset, with a strong team spirit
• Very good knowledge of French and English
