Your tasks:

• Ensuring 2nd level support for the Digital Workplace and processing incoming tickets
• Supporting employees during ongoing rollout phases as a competent contact person
• Participation in rollouts and support of the extended IT Lounge
• Planning, coordination, and tracking of lifecycle and rollout activities
• Interface between Workplace Operations, Engineering, and Service Desk
• Supporting the continuous improvement process (KVP) by identifying and passing on optimization potential
• Coordination of tasks and coordination with external IT partners
• Proactive communication with internal stakeholders as well as support with organizational and operational topics

Your profile:

• Experience in Workplace Support, IT Support, or a comparable function
• Completed technical training in the IT environment or corresponding practical experience
• Good technical understanding of modern workplace environments
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with different stakeholder groups
• Organized, structured, and independent way of working
• Experience in the coordination of tasks and processes is an advantage
• Very good German as well as good French skills
