Our team supports AXA Schweiz, its management, and the operational areas in legal matters regarding occupational pension schemes, accompanies innovations, and conducts social insurance law proceedings.   You can expect an open and collegial culture in which you can showcase your strengths and quickly take on responsibility. Then we should definitely get to know each other!   The position is fixed-term until the end of 2027.     What awaits you • You will process legal cases from the benefit area of occupational pension schemes • You will contribute your know-how in the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in everyday work and further develop the application possibilities • Together with experienced external lawyers, you will conduct proceedings for pension institutions  What you bring with you • Completed law degree at a Swiss university • Experience in the application of AI in legal activities as well as recognizing and utilizing related development potential • Professional experience in a similar function in an insurance company, pension fund, authority, law firm, or at a social insurance court is an advantage • Social insurance knowledge, knowledge of occupational pension schemes is an advantage • Confident German, good knowledge of a second national language is an advantage • Team player with good communication skills • High willingness to learn, quick comprehension, independent, exact, and efficient way of working What we offer you We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
