Extra in catering M/F 10-30 %

Chef Falafel specializes in Middle Eastern vegetarian catering. To occasionally strengthen our team in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for a versatile person for extra missions, particularly during periods of high activity and for replacements.

Your missions:

Welcome customers, advise them, and take their orders.
Prepare and assemble wraps, plates, and other products according to our recipes and procedures.
Ensure on-site service and prepare take-away and delivery orders.
Use the cash register and collect payments.
Perform mise en place and restock products.
Participate in the opening and closing tasks of the restaurant.
Perform dishwashing and cleaning of equipment, surfaces, the dining area, and the restrooms.
Respect hygiene, food safety, and product preservation rules.

Profile sought:

Experience in catering, food sales, or a similar position is an asset.
Good command of spoken French to communicate with customers and the team.
Sense of welcome, neat presentation, and professional attitude.
Reliable, punctual, organized, and reactive person.
Ability to manage periods of high activity and to integrate quickly into the team.
Versatility and willingness to participate in all tasks, including dishwashing and cleaning.
Availability for occasional interventions, particularly in the evening and on Saturdays.
