You will inspire your team of Beauty Advisors to embody the brand's "powerful, sensual and spectacularly simple" philosophy. Under the responsibility of the Retail Manager, you will be in charge of the following missions: • Master the fundamentals of product and brand knowledge: your expertise in product knowledge and their application, as well as your advanced understanding of the brand's expectations, allow you to offer excellence in customer service. You stay updated on the latest market trends, particularly in terms of beauty-tech. • Manage your team through inspiring leadership to develop your Counter's activity and achieve all objectives: you drive Retail KPIs by integrating market and competition evolution. You identify business opportunities at the point of sale and coordinate with the Retail and Education teams to maximize sales. You contribute to the development of the customer database using specific actions and CRM. • Cultivate an attitude of excellence in service: you transmit your passion and uphold the brand values by ensuring the attractiveness of your Counter with the aim of offering exceptional service to our customers. You have an omnichannel service attitude, which ensures consistent quality of service both Offline and Online. You develop individuals so that they give their best. • Data-driven decision making: Critical thinking and daring to take initiatives, stepping out of your comfort zone to analyze key performance indicators, optimize sales, be proactive in making proposals and take strategic operational decisions. • Management of sales tools: to master in-store systems and digital tools for efficient operations. • Anticipation of consumer needs: to proactively understand and respond to customer expectations and offer first-class service. • Training and experience: Complete professional training in the field of cosmetics or retail. Proven experience in team management (min. 2 people). • Comfortable in the digital environment and demonstrates an interest in all new digital media. • Good mastery of French.
