VIVIVA Baar with 220 employees offers seniors a home with individual care and nursing at the Martinspark and Bahnmatt locations. The focus is on self-determination, well-being, and quality of life. Personal encounters, diverse services, as well as gastronomic and social offerings create an attractive living environment. We are commissioned to approach an empathetic and structured personality as

Head of Human Resources & Member of the Executive Board

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you manage the entire Human Resources Management, including occupational health management and education, at a strategic and operational level. You further develop HR strategy, processes, and personnel development, lead the HR team, and accompany managers as well as employees along the entire Employee Life Cycle. In doing so, you combine strategic thinking with a pronounced hands-on mentality. You understand how processes interconnect, recognize optimization potential, and implement improvements pragmatically.

You have sound basic and advanced training in HR as well as several years of experience in Human Resources Management. In addition to proven leadership experience, business understanding, and IT affinity, you bring knowledge in the implementation of HR projects (e.g., digitalization, payroll systems, employer branding). You are characterized by high initiative, independence, and assertiveness, and you meet people with empathy and at eye level. Ideally, you have experience in the health, nursing, or social sector and know the industry-specific requirements and framework conditions.

We look forward to your application.
